Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.

Before Dispatch:

• If your order is cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

After Dispatch:

• If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

• However, if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, it will be eligible for a free replacement.

Refund Policy

• All approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

• Refunds are typically completed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.

Return Policy

Damaged or Tampered Products:

If you receive a product that appears to be damaged, tampered with, or in poor condition, please do not accept the delivery.

• Return the package to the courier immediately.

Warranty-Related Issues:

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or replacements will not be accepted for the following:

• Products showing physical damage post-delivery.

• Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or documentation.

• Products with tampered, damaged, or missing serial numbers.

• Items with the UPC (Universal Product Code) removed from original packaging.
