Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. If the order hasn’t been dispatched, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Before Dispatch:

  • If your order is cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

After Dispatch: Damage & Defective Items 

  • Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, it qualifies for a free replacementprovided you submit an unboxing video. 

  • ✅ Requirements for Replacement:

  • Record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the courier hands over the package.

  • Make sure the packaging and product condition are fully visible in the video along with batchcode.

  • Upload or send the video when reporting the issue to us.

  • ⚠️ Why It Matters:

  • This standard helps verify that the product was damaged during transit, not after you received it.

  • Many brands and retailers now require such proof to streamline claims and prevent fraud


Refund Policy

  • All approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.


Return Policy

Damaged or Tampered Products:

If you receive a product that appears to be damaged, tampered with, or in poor condition, please do not accept the delivery.

  • Return the package to the courier immediately.

  • We will dispatch a new replacement product at no additional cost, provided the issue is reported promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or replacements will not be accepted for the following:

  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or documentation.

  • Products with tampered, damaged, or missing serial numbers.
